F. Wood- Liver, as in Tai Chi Shoulder stroke, Sound SSS - Animal Forms of Hua Tau (taught in the larger Bodymind Healing Qigong training). Short set, just Crane Walking and Flying —as in the Earth Healing the Internal Organ Set above).
- Yi Chuan Walking Meditation Qigong’ (Long term students learn the eight Yi Chuan postures and the twelve palms. In the short set we do just a few.)
