Here, you’ll watch the whole video of the Long Form of Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan, shot at a local athletic club (approximately 13 minutes). This will give you a feel for the flow of the whole set and you could begin by following along and doing some of these movements. To enhance your ease of learning, this video shows me from the back for easier following, and you can also see the front of me in the mirror. After getting the feel of the set through this video, you can next learn the movements in 19 classes. Just click on the 19 lessons link on the website and you can gradually learn the set just as Dr. Michael’s students did, with about three movements per class.
